Summer Break!

Wow! I can't believe it has been almost a year since I last posted! I totally did not do a good job at keeping up with this throughout the school year as I had anticipated doing!

So much has happened in the last year! I successfully completed my very first year of teaching and had another beautiful baby! My little bundle of joy arrived on April 8, 2014! It is hard to believe she is almost 3 months old now! Here is a picture of my sweet bundle and her big sister!

Since school has been out I have been working on a lot of new products to add to my Teacher's Pay Teachers store. Currently I am working on putting together a year-long pack of math journal prompts. Check back soon for a giveaway as soon as I get the last 2 sets completed!!

Summer Is Flying By!

Hello! I certainly hope everyone had a fantastic 4th and that you are enjoying your summer! I know I certainly am!

It's hard to believe that my summer is quickly coming to an end! I start orientation/pre-planning on July 24th and the first day for my kiddos is August 5th! Isn't that crazy? I can't believe how early they start school here!

The next few weeks I am going to have to get on it to finish creating all of my 'projects' I want for my room. I also need to find time to look for a new daycare for my little one that is close to my new school.. :(

Welcome to the Fabulous First Grade Jungle!

This is officially my first post! I am new to blogging and hoping to find some fellow teachers to inspire and who inspire me! I have been busy the past few days creating new products to use in my classroom for the upcoming school year. I have had several different positions in schools since graduating, but this coming school year will be my very first with my own classroom! I am super excited.
